We are no longer accepting housing contracts for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024.

Housing Contract Important Dates:

2024 Spring Housing:

Spring 2024 Only houing contract will open on October 10 at 9 a.m. This is only for students who are currently not living on-campus for the Fall 2023 semester.

Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 Housing:

January 10, 2023 the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 Housing contract is available for new incoming first year students for the Boca Raton campus and Wilkes Honors College (Jupiter campus) through the Owldone portal.
February 6 - 17, 2023: Housing priority renewals for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 for current Boca Raton residents. Roommate matching is only available to current residents during these dates.
February 17, 2023 at 5 p.m. : Housing contract for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 is available for admitted transfer students who have paid their tuition deposit and current Boca Raton students who do not live on-campus for spring 2023. Housing availability is extremely limited for transfer students and is dependent on remaining spaces after the current student renewal process.
February 20 - 24, 2023: Housing priority renewals for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 for current Jupiter Wilkes Honors College residents. Roommate matching is only available to current residents during these dates.
April 1, 2023: Priority date to complete a housing contract for newly admitted first year students. Admitted students must complete their tuition deposit prior to completing a housing contract. The housing contract will close when spaces have filled and a wait list will be available.
April 1, 2023 deadline for new incoming first year students to request and/or accept a roommate.
